* On 2nd Sundays, we gather in mid-sized House Churches, not at the Kalen Center.

Worship gatherings at The Parish are welcoming, simple, and sacred.

The atmosphere is relaxed, dress is casual, kids are playing, and the coffee is locally roasted. We are always excited to welcome guests, and aim to shape gatherings that are both deeply meaningful and easily approachable.

Gatherings run about 1 hour and 15 minutes, and though each week is different, common elements include modern (but simple) music, guided spiritual practices, and honest sermons as invitations into Jesus’ story. At the close of each gathering, we join the rhythm of the global Church through communion and prayer.

We endeavor to embody a fresh expression of our ancient faith, blending the great traditions of the historic Church to become a people who are deeply formed, prayer-filled, others-oriented, Kingdom-directed, and Spirit-dependent. We incorporate a liturgy that is both ancient and fresh. Because liturgy means the work of the people, our worship gatherings make space for engagement, and everyone is invited to participate.

Family Ministry areas for babies, preschoolers, and elementary students (through 4th grade) are available during both gatherings, while 5th-6th grade and 7th-8th grade classes meet during 11 am gathering only.
